Pressure Gauge
Pressure measurement is the analysis of an applied force by a fluid (liquid or gas) on a surface. Pressure is typically measured in units of force per unit of surface area. Instruments used to measure and display pressure or vacuum are respectively called as pressure gauges or vacuum gauges. The gauge which measure both are also known as compound gauge.
Based on different application and risk category, models with different constructions are available. Some pressure gauges are liquid/glycerin filled, whose purpose is to avoid vibration in the line and give a steady reading for the observer.
